Designing a limited edition vinyl for Roger Taylor

Last year, I had the pleasure of working on two lyric videos for Roger Taylor (Queen).

Following the release of the consecutive lyric videos, I was asked to design the limited edition vinyl for the song; so of course I did.

What I loved most about this project was including my dad in the process; I asked him to draw the majority of the “purple version” lyric video assets, using a Wacom tablet purchased just prior. This meant his drawings were included in the vinyl design, and it gave us both great satisfaction to see our work in a tangible, spinny, and loud object. We received our two copies (out of 99 limited edition copies) and will cherish them for a lifetime and more.
